Dr. LaVonne A. Browne is an experienced Licensed Clinical Psychologist in Maryland. With over 20 years of experience as a therapist and clinical supervisor, she has worked in an array of settings including university counseling centers, community agencies, and private practice settings.
In her work, Dr. Browne utilizes a variety of approaches and focuses on interpersonal, relational, and cognitive-behavioral interventions. It is her goal to provide clients with support and practical feedback as they face their life’s challenges. With compassion and understanding, she works with each client to help identify their growth areas and build on their strengths as they reach their personal goals.
Heather Norden, Psy.D

Director of Clinical Training
Dr. Norden is an experienced Licensed Clinical Psychologist in Maryland and Virginia. As Director of Training, she is responsible for program development and implementation, and clinical training and supervision. Additionally, she provides direct clinical services such as individual, couples, and family therapy.
Jennene Daniels, MSW LCSW-C
Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Ms. Daniels received her Masters of Social Work degree from the University of Chicago in 1976 and has 27 years of clinical experience as a psychotherapist. She is licensed in Maryland and Massachusetts. Maryland's Department of Health and Mental Hygiene honored Ms. Daniels in 1993 for distinguished mental health services to the community. She began working at The Pinnacle Center in 1996 where she provides individual, group, and family therapist to children and adults of the surrounding community.
Although experienced in treating a variety of disorders, Ms. Daniels' special interests are in the field of couples' therapy and the effects of trauma on mental health. Her theoretical orientation is primarily psychodynamic in nature; however, she also uses cognitive behavioral techniques as well.

Kimberly Brown-Gross, CRNP-PMH
Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
Kimberly Brown-Gross is a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She has over 20 years of experience as a nurse. Kimberly has worked in several leadership positions including nurse director at a local hospital. She received the nurse of the year award in 2009, the CNO award in April 2021, and the nurse leader of the year in May 2022. Kimberly is passionate about providing collaborative, supportive mental health services to her clients.
